At Moodify, we offer a 15 calendar day period from the receipt of the order to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Keep the original packaging and labels.
Include the proof or receipt of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs
Except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, the shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect products
We recommend that you check your order upon receipt.
If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible to evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable products
We do not accept returns of:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Used or handled products beyond what is necessary to check their nature and functioning.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must request a return and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 10 business days.
The additional time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
